"Action Plan on declaring 2023 "Year of Heydar Aliyev" in the Republic of Azerbaijan" was approved, e-huquq.az reports.

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard.

According to the order, the "Action Plan on declaring 2023 as the "Year of Heydar Aliyev" in the Republic of Azerbaijan" was approved.
