Members of the Caspian Energy Club have made a virtual visit to DOST agency as part of the online business tour.

A dialogue was organized between the Caspian Energy Club members and the management team of the agency, and answers were given to the questions asked by business tour participants.

Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency Farid Mammadov informed the participants of the event about the activities and centers of the agency. He noted that the purpose of creating the Agency is to improve the quality of services provided to citizens in the field of employment, labor, social protection and welfare, as well as to ensure transparency and achieve satisfaction of citizens in this area.

Services in the DOST centers are provided via the "single window" principle, and this in turn also implies efficiency, transparency and responsibility. To date, more than 300 thousand citizens have used the services of DOST centers. In 2020 alone, up to 700 thousand appeals of citizens were received and met through the 142 call center, Farid Mammadov said.
