Salaries of Milli Majlis deputies increased

President Ilham Aliyev approved an amendment to the law "On the status of a deputy of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan."

E-huquq.az informs that the following amendments have been made to the law:

- on article 21:

1.1.1. the first, second, and sixth parts are canceled;

1.1.2. in the third part, the words "in the amount of 2,475 manats ($1455.88-ed.)" are replaced by the words "in the amount of 3,550 manats ($2088.24 - ed.)";

1.1.3. in the fifth part, the words "in a single amount" are replaced by the words "in a double amount."

The second sentence is deleted from article 29.

The effective date of this law is July 1, 2022.
