Azerbaijani defense minister meets chief of General Staff of Turkiye

Within the framework of the 4th Azerbaijan International Defense Exhibition ADEX-2022 held at the Baku Expo Center on September 6, the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, met with the Chief of General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces, Army General Yasar Guler, e-huquq.az informs, citing the Ministry of Defense.

The officials discussed cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkiye in the fields of regional security, military-technical, military education and military medicine, and organization of mutual visits, as well as other issues of interest.

The parties emphasized the importance of using technological innovations in joint military exercises.
