Azerbaijani President: Armenia's provocation is a huge blow to normalization process

"Large-scale provocation committed by Armenia is a huge blow to the normalization process between the two countries," said the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev while delivering a speech at the Summit of the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation held in Samarkand, e-huquq.az reports.

The Head of state noted that all responsibilities lie with the Armenian leadership.
