Nariman Mammadov appointed chairman of "Caspian Energy Israel".

This was said by the Caspian Energy Club Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Telman Aliyev.

According to him, Caspian Energy ISRAEL, acting through Nariman Mammadov, will represent the interests of the Caspian Energy Club in Israel and manage its projects. Besides, it will organize an international ‘Caspian Energy Forum Israel’, ‘Caspian Energy Award Israel’, ‘Brand Award Israel’, as well as B2G and B2B forums, CEO Breakfast and CEO Lunch events, business tours and round tables in all the regions of Israel.

Nariman Mammadov expressed gratitude to the top management of the Caspian Energy Club for the high trust placed in him. Nariman Mammadov was actively engaged in the expansion of networking and development of trade and economic relations between Azerbaijani and Israeli entrepreneurs and stressed that he would keep making all efforts in this direction.

Nariman Mammadov was born in 1969 in Moscow city of the Russian Federation. He got higher legal and military-political education. He has more than 25 years of experience in managerial positions in various local and international companies. In 1994, he founded the Narimanfilm film studio in Baku, Azerbaijan. The company’s branch offices are also operating in Russia, UAE and Poland.
Narimanfilm film studio is engaged in the production of feature films, short films and documentaries, does linear production in the above mentioned countries, promotes Azerbaijani films in the world, and also operates an online cinema (VOD platform - Azcinemaonline). In September 2005, he became one of the co-founders and a board member of the Transnational Independent Filmmakers Association – South Caucasus (IFA-SC), and has been a Chairman of the Board of this organization since October. In June 2012, he became one of the co-founders and was elected deputy chairman of the Public Association “Azerbaijan Producers Guild”. Since July of the same year, he has been one of the co-founders, a board member and secretary of the Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Azerbaijan. On August 1, 2018, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was awarded the honorary title "Honored Worker of Culture". He is the founder of the International Youth Film Festival "Salam", founded on May 1, 2019. On November 27, 2020, he received the international award ‘Global Film Festival Noida’ for his contribution to the development of cinema. On October 19, 2021, he was elected chairman of the Public Association “Azerbaijan Producers Guild”. He is a member of the Board of the Caspian Energy Business Club, Chairman of the Culture, Cinematography and Tourism Committee. He is also the producer of a number of feature films, short films and documentaries.

The Caspian Energy Club which brings together over 5,000 companies and organizations from 50 countries was established in June 2002. As an active participant of the business-to-government dialogue, the major objective of the Caspian Energy Club is to improve the investment and business climate in Azerbaijan and in other countries where the Caspian Energy Club operates, as well as to stimulate and actively participate in the B2G, B2B and B2C dialogues.The Caspian Energy Club is an international business-networking platform and regularly organizes various events. The head office of the Caspian Energy Club is in Baku. The Caspian Energy Club has official representative offices in Georgia and Kazakhstan, and authorized representatives in different countries around the world.
