President Ilham Aliyev congratulates Azerbaijani people on Victory Day

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on the Victory Day, e-huquq.az informs.

"Dear service members, I congratulate you, the entire personnel of the Azerbaijani armed forces and the whole people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the Victory Day," the head of state said speaking in front of the military in Shusha.
