"AZGRANATA" LLC: We did not produce a product called "Topchu"

"AZGRANATA" LLC clarified the information spread on social networks about the production of a new vodka called "Topchu".

Shaig Mirzayev, Chairman of the company's board, Ph.D. told e-huquq.az that, “AZGRANATA” LLC did not produce vodka called "Topchu".

"Due to the unfounded agitation in the society, we state that, we have not produced a product under this name. We do not have a product with this name on sale. Unfortunately, the name of the company is unnecessarily mentioned in issues that are sensitive to our state and society. Instead of showing the company's successful activities and products, individuals have created discussion topics on social networks to "advertise" themselves. "Once again we declare that “AZGRANATA” carries out all its activities legally," Mirzayev said.

It should be noted that, a photo of "Topchu" vodka with a description of Vusal Shahkarimov, who became famous as an artilleryman in the Second Karabakh War, was spread on social networks last day.

The image of our fighter on this drink was not liked on social networks. The legal aspects of the issue, whether it is necessary to obtain permission from the Ministry of Defense and the serviceman himself, have become a topic of discussion.
