Another 94 mines found in liberated territories of Azerbaijan

The Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) detected 94 mines last week during the demining operations in the liberated territories, e-huquq.az informs.

According to ANAMA, 59 antipersonnel mines, 35 anti-tank mines, and 297 unexploded ordnances were found and neutralized during mine clearance operations in Tartar, Aghdam, Khojavend, Fuzuli, Shusha, Gubadli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan on December 12-17.

As a result, 579 hectares were cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance.
