State Committee unveils number of Azerbaijani population

In January-May 2022, the population increased by 22,781 people or 0.2 percent, e-huquq.az reports citing State Statistics Committee.

As of June 1, 2022, the population reached 10179147 people.

52.9 percent of the total population was made up of urban people, while 47.1 percent was made up of the share of the rural population, and the specific weights of men and women were the same.
