Azerbaijan reports 542 new COVID-19 cases

Azerbaijan has recorded 542 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told e-huquq.az.

Meanwhile, 501 people recovered from the infection, and 1 person died of COVID-related health complications.

Overall, the country has reported 811,131 cases of infection, 797,668 recoveries, and 9,796 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 3,667 people are receiving treatment.

Azerbaijan has conducted 7,138,810 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 3,659 today.
