Russia announces a regime of silence, humanitarian corridors are opened

Russia will apply a regime of silence, e-huquq.az reports citing the Russian Defense Ministry.

According to the information, a regime of silence will come into force this morning at 10:00 Moscow time.

Defense Ministry's statement reported that humanitarian corridors were opened at the request of French President Emmanuel Macron.
