"Biden told me two things: what happened in Ukraine will change the 21st century. "Biden also said that the United States will stand by Ukraine in all matters for our victory, nothing will force the United States to steer away from Ukraine and weaken support. On the contrary, the support will only increase," the Ukrainian minister said.
