Russian sends a note to Armenia

The Russian Embassy in Armenia sent a note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of this country, e-huquq.az reports ciitng TASS.

The note was issued due to accusations by the Armenian media against different structures of Russia in connection with the explosion in the "Surmalu" shopping center in Yerevan.
