Sanan Hajiyev and Hafiz Nasibov were elected members of the Judicial-Legal Council

The composition of the Judicial-Legal Council has been changed.

According to the E-huquq.az, Chairman of the Civil Board of the Supreme Court Sanan Hajiyev and Chairman of the Criminal Board Hafiz Nasibov were elected members of the Judicial-Legal Council.

They replaced the judges of the Supreme Court, Shahin Yusifov and Shalala Mammadova, whose terms in the Council have expired.

It should be noted that the chairman of the Judicial-Legal Council is the Minister of Justice Fikrat Mammadov. The council consists of 13 members.
