The names of the judges whose verdicts mostly annulled became known – OFFICIAL

A meeting of the Plenum of the Supreme Court was held today.

Judge Sanan Hajiyev, Chairman of the Civil Board of the Supreme Court, made a report at the meeting, reports E-huquq.az.

In his speech, he announced the names of the judges of the Courts of Appeal, whose verdicts on civil cases mostly annulled by the Supreme Court.

S. Hajiyev noted that 33% of the decisions of judge of the Baku Court of Appeal Tofig Samadov, 27% of the decisions of the judge of Ganja Court of Appeal Fikret Mehdiyev, 28% of the decisions of the judge of Sumgayit Court of Appeal Shamsaddin Abbasov, 21% of the decisions of the judge of Shirvan Court of Appeal Nusrat Mirzayev, 28% of the decisions of judge Mahir Asadli's verdicts annulled.
