The Chamber of the Constitutional Court  held a regular session

The Chamber of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan held a regular session

At the session, following by part VI of Article 130 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Article 7.1 of the Law “On Constitutional Court”, was examined the request filed by the complaint of Turkish citizen Senturk Abdurrahman Kiyas against judicial acts, e-huquq.az reports.

It was decided to list the case for trial by the Plenum of Constitutional Court, the session of which is scheduled for April 2, 2021.
