An international event entitled "Electronic Justice: Transparency, Efficiency and Accessibility" was held on May 19, 2021 at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGİMO) as part of state events to mark the 25th anniversary of the Russian Federation's membership in the Council of Europe.

On behalf of the Council of Europe Azerbaijani Judge Ramin Garagurbanli opened the event as the head of the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (SEPEJ / CEPEJ) and spoke on the subject at the event organized by this educational institution, which has a special place in the formation of world renowned political parties. The opening speech was attended by the Chairman of the Union of Judges of Russia Viktor Momotov, officials of the Council of Europe, as well as the Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly. The book "Individual Complaints in the System of the European Convention on Human Rights" by Professor Sicilianos Linos-Alexander, former President of the European Court of Human Rights, was also presented at the meeting.

At the session "Digitalization of the Court and Justice" within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, traditionally held under the auspices of the President of Russia on May 18-22, 2021, with the invitation of the leadership of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the head of the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice of the Council of Europe Ramin Garagurbanli spoke about the situation with the introduction of e-justice in European countries and the results achieved.

The session was also attended by Director General of the Irish Judicial Service Angela Dennig, and other officials. The forum was attended by European and CIS statesmen, heads of justice, judiciary, prosecutor's offices and other agencies, well-known experts in various fields of law, prominent scientists, as well as officials of influential law firms and international organizations.
