Judge and advocates to be discussed the preparation of procedural documents in administrative proceedings

The first online discussion on "Compilation of procedural documents in administrative proceedings" dedicated to the topical issues of administrative proceedings, which will be jointly organized by the Supreme Court and the Bar Association in the framework of the events dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the establishment of administrative courts in the Republic of Azerbaijan on June 18, 2021 will be held through the Zoom.

Preparation of lawsuits, appeals and cassation complaints, applications on newly discovered cases, applications on temporary protection measures and other procedural documents, as well as verification of the possibility of appeals and cassation complaints, etc. will cover issues, e-huquq.az reports.

Judges and advocates wishing to participate in the event are requested to contact the Supreme Court and the Bar Association, respectively, by 15.06.2021.
