According to the E-huquq.az, the statement was made by Chingiz Asgarov, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court and plenipotentiary representative of Azerbaijan to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). He said that Armenia's actions endanger the lives of Armenians living in the liberated lands.

"We once again urge Armenia to comply with its obligations under international law by providing landmines map and other relevant information. We call on the European Court to intervene, taking into account the continuation of this situation by Armenia”, Ch. Asgarov noted.

Azerbaijan has sent an intergovernmental complaint to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) over Armenia's refusal to provide relevant maps of the location of landmines in the liberated territories.
This appeal is the second interstate complaint against Armenia and will increase the pressure on the country to comply with its obligations under international law.
