Some advoctes complain that the Nasimi District Court is required to receive documents only by post office.

According to the e-huquq.az, advoctes say that in the absence of such a requirement in other courts, the court's office does not accept documents from the people and should only be sent by post office.
E-huquq.az communicated the Nasimi District Court to clarify the issue. Judge Samad Jafarov, the head of press service of court said the request was due to a pandemic and the request has been removed.

This issue was also included in the list of measures to be taken by the Supreme Court in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in the Republic of Azerbaijan. It was recommended that physical and juridical person submit their applications to the courts, including appeals and cassation complaints, by post office or electronically. Nasimi District Court also took such a step in accordance with that recommendation. However, this requirement has been removed for more than a month. At present, it is possible to receive the documents," S. Jafarov said.
