Tofig Pashayev and Mubariz Akbarov were elected members of the Judicial-Legal Council

Two new members were admitted to the Judicial-Legal Council.

It was reported to e-huquq.az by the Judicial Legal Council.

According to the report, there were 2 vacancies in the Judicial-Legal Council on appeal: “The Union of Court Judges Associations of the Republic of Azerbaijan has nominated candidates for these vacancies, and Mubariz Akbarov, chairman of the Baku Court of Appeal, and Tofig Pashayev, chairman of the Sumgayit Court of Appeal, have been elected new members of the Judicial-Legal Council.”

It should be noted that the Judicial-Legal Council has 13 members. The chairman of the Judicial-Legal Council, Justice Minister Fikrat Mammadov.
