Chairman of Azerbaijan Bar Association starts his pedagogical activity

Chairman of the Azerbaijan Bar Association Anar Baghirov will teach a subject on advocacy law at Baku State University.

He commented: “Dear friends, today is very special day for me. After 23 years of break, as a teacher I returned to the Faculty of Law of Baku State University. I will teach the advocacy law for 4th course students. I was pleased to accept an offer of dean of Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Amir Aliyev. Despite the fact that I have hectic schedule and less time, I agreed without hesitation.”

Mr. Baghirov also said future law students would choose advocacy as a profession. “In this regard, it is vital to explain all advantages and the problems of this field correctly,” he added.

The Chairman expressed his gratitude to the Faculty of Law of Baku State University for this opportunity.

Mr. Baghirov holds his Ph.D. from Institute of Political-Legal Research under the National Academy of Science of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2006.
