Family members of the mobilized lawyers are set to receive 500 AZN per month

New decision has been adopted by the Bar Association on mobilized lawyers.

According to the e-huquq.az reports by the Bar Association.

"Today during the meeting of the Presidium of the Bar Association, discussions over the ongoing operations in the frontline over the past week, the military situation in the country and partial mobilization were held, and consequently fact of the involvement of certain number of members of the Bar Association in the military mobilization was highlighted”.

Prior to the demobilization of our mobilized lawyers, their families should be paid 500 AZN per month, also their lawyers should be waived from membership fees, recommending bar associations over the exemption of lawyers from accommodation costs, as well as decision was adopted on tasking bar agencies to empower other lawyer peers unconditionally with the current pending cases of the mobilized lawyers.
