Turkish Bar Association appeals to the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe in connection with Armenian aggression

The Turkish Bar Association appealed to the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) condemning the aggressive policy of Armenia.

According to e-huquq.az, it says on the statement that Armenia has not yet complied with four UN Security Council resolutions on the withdrawal of Armenian troops from the occupied territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan and continues its aggressive policy. It called for an immediate end to the aggression and provocations of Armenia.

It was declared that the Armenian side has resorted to provocations since July: “In response to these provocations, the calls for an end to counter-offensive operations by Azerbaijan further inspire Armenia. International organizations must conduct a proper investigation and warn the perpetrator. "

It stressed on the statement that Turkish lawyers have always been in solidarity with their Azerbaijani counterparts, and noted that the appeal of the Armenian Chamber of Advocates on October 13 to strongly condemn Azerbaijani and Turkish lawyers was unfounded.
