Lawyers have today visited the Honorary Alley and the Alley of Martyrs - PHOTO

On the occasion of the professional holiday of Azerbaijani lawyers - "Lawyer's Day", the leadership and members of the Bar Association visited the tomb of national leader Heydar Aliyev and the Alley of Martyrs in the Alley of Honors.

E-huquq.az reports that members of the board, headed by Chairman Anar Bagirov, laid wreaths at the monument of Azerbaijani national leader Heydar Aliyev and revered his memory. Members of the board, headed by Mr. Anar Bagirov also paid tribute to the prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.

Then the lawyers visited the Alley of Martyrs, paid their respect to the Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country's independence and territorial integrity and put flowers at their graves. They laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.

It should be noted that, according to the Order "On the establishment of the" Lawyer's Day "professional holiday" signed by President Ilham Aliyev on December 25, 2019, December 28 is celebrated as "Lawyer's Day" in Azerbaijan every year.
