Lawyers in Azerbaijan will be getting a coronavirus vaccine

Lawyers will be getting vaccine against coronavirus in Azerbaijan.

According to the e-huquq.az, the statement was made by the chairman of the Azerbaijani Bar Association, Mr. Anar Bagirov. Noting that the lawyers are at risk of COVID-19 infection, Bagirov said that the appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers was answered positively.

“I appealed to the Cabinet of Ministers to vaccinate all lawyers, regardless of age. The appeal was considered by the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance and it was made a positive decision. We are currently preparing relevant lists in this regard. Lawyer's offices and individual lawyers may apply in writing to Seymur Safarov, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidium of the Bar Association, in writing within 7 calendar days. Additional information on the time of vaccination and the medical institution will be provided, "he said.
