Free legal aid to victims of the Great Patriotic War is provided by the advocates

"ASAN Volunteers" Youth Organization and UNICEF have launched the "Child Protection in Emergency" project to provide psychological and psychosocial support to people suffering from anxiety and fear during the Great Patriotic War, as well as, according to the survey, these victims also need legal aid.

For it reason, an appeal was made to the Bar Association and it was decided to provide free legal aid to these people, e-huquq.az reports.

The Legal Aid and Training Center of Azerbaijani Bar Association organized a meeting with about 20 citizens in Husanli village of Tartar region and provided free legal aid.

Citizens were provided with free legal aid on issues related to employment and targeted social aid, as well as spoken and written advice. Besides, several citizens who has ongoing land conflicts were aid in filing appeals.In addition, many citizens received online legal advice.

It should be noted that the legal aid provided under the project continues in other regions.
