"Everyone shall have an access to a professional legal aid"

The statement was made by Anar Baghirov, chairman of the Bar Association, commenting on the decree of President Ilham Aliyev on "Application of the law" on amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure, signed today, e-huquq.az reports.

The Chairman welcomes the decree and believes that as a result, every citizen, regardless of their financial situation, will have access to professional legal aid.

"This decision will significantly reduce social tensions in society, and low-income people will be able to solve their problems in a civil manner with the help of lawyers," A. Baghirov noted.
