Chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Azerbaijan Republic Mustafa Abbasbeyli has taken part in the traditional Online B2G Forum organized by the Caspian Energy Club.
Discussed at the event were topical issues and suggestions.
This was said by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Caspian Energy Club, Telman Aliyev.
The event began with a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs who fell in the battles for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
Mustafa Abbasbeyli informed the participants about the work done and planned to be performed by the Agency to shift to digital employment, as well as about active measures to ensure employment. He noted that all vacancies in the country are already collected in the ‘employment’ subsystem. The practice of submitting paper reports by employers has been abolished, and this process has been transferred to the electronic level. The ‘Labor relations and Employment’ subsystem will be launched in the coming days. It is a single labor relations platform called “ƏMAS”, which will ensure the complete transition of human resources operations within the country to the electronic mode.
Mustafa Abbasbeyli also noted that an employment map, a register of employed people in the country, an information resource on the control of informal employment, and a mobile control and monitoring system are being created. The work over an electronic labor exchange and fair, a public relations portal (works.gov.az) and an online learning platform has also started.
Then Mustafa Abbasbeyli listened to the proposals of the participants of the Online B2G Forum and answered their questions.
Telman Aliyev, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Caspian Energy Club, thanked Mustafa Abbasbeyli for the open and sincere dialogue. Telman Aliyev also stressed the functioning of a joint bilateral working group between the State Employment Agency and the Caspian Energy Club.
It is noteworthy that the bilateral working group makes it possible to hold regular discussions and promptly address current issues, proposals and problems.
