Azerbaijani Parliament is discussing Amnesty Act developed on Victory Day

Draft decision on the proclamation of the Amnesty Act on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day is being discussed at Committee on Legal Policy and State Building of the Milli Majlis, e-huquq.az reports.

The chairman of Human Rights committee Zahid Oruj and deputies of the Committee are also participating at the meeting.
