Azerbaijan confirms 595 new COVID-19 cases, 12 died

Azerbaijan has recorded 595 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told e-huquq.az.

Meanwhile, 753 people recovered from the infection, and 12 patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

Overall, the country has reported 616,947 cases of infection, 599,546 recoveries, and 8,358 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 9,043 people are receiving treatment.

Azerbaijan has conducted 5,863,885 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 10,549 today.
