Azerbaijani soldier leaves psychiatric department of hospital wilfully

Babayev Jamil Natig oglu, an active-duty serviceman of the Azerbaijani Army, left the psychiatric department of Ganja hospital willfully.

E-huquq.az informs, citing MoD, that a criminal case has been launched against soldier Babayev.

The serviceman is believed to have crossed into the territory controlled by Russian peacekeepers.
