President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to the 16th Supreme Governor of Malaysia Sultan Abdullah Riayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah on the occasion of the country's national holiday - Independence Day, e-huquq.az reports.
