President Ilham Aliyev receives newly-appointed heads of EPs of Jalilabad and Shamkir in video format

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received in a video format Rafig Jalilov due to his appointment as head of Executive Power of Jalilabad region and Rashad Taghiyev of Shamkir region, e-huquq.az reports.
