Ombudsman issues statement regarding anniversary of missile strike on Ganja by Armenia for the second time

Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Ombudsman) Sabina Aliyeva has issued a statement regarding anniversary of occurrence of casualties and destruction as a result of the second strike of Armenian armed forces on Azerbaijan's Ganja city using heavy artillery devices, e-huquq.az reports.
