Azerbaijan hands over Iranian drivers, detained for illegal cargo transportation to Khankendi, to Tehran

Following humanism, mutual respect, and kind neighborhood principles and demonstrating goodwill, the Republic of Azerbaijan has handed over citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran Barzegar Haghi Jafar Ghazanfar and Norouzi Shahroud Heidar to their country at early hours on October 21 according to the relevant agreement, State Customs Committee told e-huquq.az.
