Russian leader congratulates President Aliyev on phone

A telephone conversation has been held between the presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia.

E-huquq.az informs that Vladimir Putin warmly congratulated President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on his 60th birthday anniversary.

"The general disposition to further strengthen the Russian-Azerbaijani strategic partnership has been reaffirmed," the Kremlin's press service said in a statement.
