Azerbaijan returns civilian to Armenia

The State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons of Azerbaijan has released a statement.

E-huquq.az informs that according to the statement, an Armenian national, Verdyan Armen Abrikovic, lost his way and crossed to the area controlled by the Azerbaijani military.

"Remaining committed to the principles of humanism, Azerbaijan handed the civilian over to the Armenian side," the commission said in the statement.
