Azerbaijan highly appreciates Turkiye's support – FM Jeyhun Bayramov

"Azerbaijan highly appreciates Turkiye's support," Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at an event on the 30th anniversary of the Turkish Presidential Library, e-huquq.az informs.

"I congratulate you on changing the brand of the brotherly state to "Turkiye". This brand is the best representation of the brother country. This year we celebrate the 30th anniversary of the restoration of Turkish-Azerbaijani diplomatic relations. It is no coincidence that Turkiye was one of the first countries to recognize the independence of Azerbaijan. Our relations have risen to the level of a strategic alliance. We appreciate Turkiye's support for Azerbaijan based on international law, which was proven during the 44-day Patriotic War," he added.

Bayramov also spoke about the joint projects of Turkiye and Azerbaijan.
