NAM Youth Organization established in Shusha

The Shusha session of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Youth Summit has kicked off, e-huquq.az informs, citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

In Shusha, the summit participants adopted the documents they agreed on during the Baku session held on July 25-28.

According to the document named Shusha Accord (Shusha agreement), the NAM Youth Organization was established on the basis of the NAM Youth Network established on October 4, 2021, at the initiative of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev as the Chairman of the NAM. The charter of the NAM Youth Organization, whose permanent secretariat will be located in Baku, and the organization's logo and flag were also approved today within the framework of the Shusha session of the Summit.

Within the framework of the event, with the participation of the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Shusha City State Reserve, and the representatives of member states, views were exchanged on the results of the Youth Summit and the future activities of the NAM Youth Organization.
