Rights and security of the Armenian population of Karabakh will be ensured in accordance with the Constitution of Azerbaijan: President Ilham Aliyev

"The rights and security of the Armenian population of Karabakh will be ensured in accordance with the Constitution of Azerbaijan," President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in his speech at the meeting of CIS Heads of State Council held in Astana, e-huquq.az reports.

"Karabakh is Azerbaijan. The rights and security of the Armenian population of Karabakh will be ensured in accordance with the Constitution of Azerbaijan. We are not going to discuss our internal issues with any party. As far as I understand based on the results of the Prague meeting, this topic was not accepted differently among all the participants of the quadrilateral meeting," the head of state said.
