Turkiye's Vice President Fuat Oktay who is now on a visit to Azerbaijan will travel to Shusha.
According to e-huquq.az, President Ilham Aliyev welcomed the planned visit of the Turkish official to Shusha.
President Ilham Aliyev received Fuat Oktay on November 4.
