Number of people vaccinated in Azerbaijan disclosed

Some 28,059 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told e-huquq.az.

The number of those who got their first jab reached 2,641 people today, while 3,109 people got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 22,309 people got immunized with the third (booster) dose of a COVID vaccine.

To date, 11,346,166 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of this, 5,169,382 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,676,520 got both doses.

As of today, 1,500,264 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.
