Armenians leave the occupied Kalbajar region by committing acts of vandalism. After the occupation of Kalbajar, Armenian population have been illegally settled in the region and lived in the houses which belong to Azerbaijanis. While they are leaving the district, they are burning not only the houses, but also the schools. These vandalism acts are reflected in the photos and videos spread in the international media.

The Armenian media's proud coverage of deliberately setting fire to a school building by a school principal who left Kalbajar is another proof of their next acts of vandalism.

The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva calls on the world community and international organizations to prevent acts of vandalism by the aggressor Armenia.

Armenia, which presents itself as one of the "supporters" of the Safe Schools Declaration, bears responsibility for the complete destruction of 1107 educational facilities and 855 kindergartens in the occupied territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
