Azerbaijani Army serviceman dies

A serviceman of the Azerbaijani Army has died, e-huquq.az informs, citing the Ministry of Defense.

"We confirm the fact that Mammadli Javidan Abdulaziz oglu, an active military serviceman of the Azerbaijani Army, died as a result of a gross violation of the rules of use of firearms," the statement reads.

A criminal case has been launched, and an investigation is underway.
