The number of appeals received by mediation organizations has been announced - STATISTICS

The Mediation Council has published statistics on incoming appeals to mediation organizations.

On January 5-10, media organizations operating in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula received a total of 308 appeals, the Mediation Council told e-huquq.az.

Of these, 233 were family, 60 were commercial and 15 were labor disputes. The statistics of appeals are divided by organizations as follows.

Baku Mediation Organization No. 1 received one appeal on a family dispute.

Baku Mediation Organization No. 2 received a total of 71 appeals. Of these, 54 cases are on family, 11 cases on commercials, 6 cases on labor disputes.

Baku Mediation Organization No. 3 received a total of 22 appeals. There are 17 cases on family, 3 cases on commercial, and 2 cases on labor disputes.

Baku Mediation Organization No. 4 received a total of 62 appeals. Of these, 40 cases are on family, 18 cases on commercial, 4 cases on labor disputes.

Baku Mediation Organization No. 5 received a total of 76 appeals. There are 60 cases on family, 15 cases on commercial, and 1 case on civil disputes.

Baku Mediation Organization No. 6 received a total of 76 appeals. There are 61 cases on family, 13 cases on commercial, and 2 cases on civil disputes.

Statistics of citizens' appeals will be regularly provided to the public by the Mediation Council, subject to the requirements of the Law “On Mediation” and the protection of confidentiality of personal information.
