Nadir Adilov: "Monitoring will be carried out in Ganja Mediation Organization No. 1"

Monitoring will be carried out in Ganja Mediation Organization No. 1, which is registered and has applied for membership in the Mediation Council.

The statement was made by Chairman of the Mediation Council Nadir Adilov, e-huquq.az reports.

He said that in order to be included in the register of mediation organizations, a special commission will monitor the Ganja Mediation Organization No. 1, and the office where the organization is located, the conditions created for mediation sessions will be investigated through video surveillance.The results of the monitoring will be presented to the Board of the Mediation Council.

"Ganja Mediation Organization No. 1 appealed to the Council as the first Mediation Organization established in the regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan. If the Special Commission established within the Council does not find any shortcomings after monitoring the activities of the organization and the organization is considered to have established its activities in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, it will be included in the register of mediation organizations by the Board. "After that, the Board of the Council will make a decision to direct on the divisions of work from certain regions to mentioned the organization," N. Adilov said.
