A meeting holds between the International Labor Organization and the Mediation Council

Nadir Adilov, Chairman of the Board of the Mediation Council, Anar Isayev and Esmira Huseynova, heads of the working groups of the Council met with Yashar Hamzayev, National Coordinator of the International Labor Organization (ILO) for Azerbaijan.

According to e-huquq.az, N. Adilov informed about the activities of the Mediation Council, the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Mediation" and the regulation, application of relations arising from the Law.
He noted that mediators who are members of the Mediation Council have made significant progress in resolving labor disputes. He stressed the importance of studying international experience in issues related to labor relations, as well as benefiting from the work done by the International Labor Organization in this field.

Yashar Hamzayev noted that the ILO attaches special importance to the development of cooperation with the Azerbaijani government. At the same time, he said that the ILO is following with interest the policy pursued in the country to ensure employment.

The sides also exchanged views on ongoing projects and future cooperation.
