A meeting was held with state-registered mediation organizations

The Mediation Council held a meeting to support the formation of state-registered mediation organizations.

E-huquq.az reports that, the meeting was attended by Nadir Adilov, Chairman of the Board of the Mediation Council, Sima Yagubova, Ali Nabiyev, the Members of Board, Garay Mammadtagiyev, Member of the Qualification Commission, Mayil Ahmad, Gulshan Salmanova, Members of the Disciplinary Commission, Baylar Mamishov, Chairman of the Organization Control Commission, Ilham Mehdiyev, Anar Isayev, Elchin Hasanov, Esmira Huseynova, Farhad Mehdiyev, Members of the Commission, Huseyn Aliyev, Dilara Afrasiyabova, Hasan Bayramov, Members of the Working Group, newly established organizations and their leaders - Taleh Ibrahimov, Tural Shahbazov, Farid Imanov, Jabbar Hasanov , Ilhama Hasanova, Samir Babayev.

Unable to attend the meeting, Sudaba Mammadova, Chairman of Ganja Mediation Organization No. 1, and Yusif Hasanov, Coordinator of the Mediation Council for Nakhchivan AR, attended the meeting online.

During the meeting, the activities of mediation organizations, the rules of evaluation and monitoring, the establishment of a marketing plan of organizations and many other issues were discussed.

It was noted that mediation organizations must work hard in accordance with the requirements of the law in their activities, and at the same time achieve the goals set by the Mediation Council in mediation reform. Mediation organizations were informed that after a special decision is made by the Special Commission established in the Mediation Council to monitor the offices of mediation organizations, the organizations will be included in the register of the Mediation Council and will be allowed to operate.

At the same time, it was stressed at the meeting that mediation organizations, whose activities will be significantly developed, will be praised.
